Through my experience in Kindergarten I have learned the importance of building strong emotional, intellectual and creative foundations. In my classroom I advocated for hands on learning, student lead discovery and focused on resiliency building in each one of my students. Kindergarten allowed me to find new, creative and fun ways to introduce students to the world of education. From learning patterns with skittles, to creating a science driven sensory bin, to starting a "Flat Miss Hudgeon" project during the unprecedented times of COVID-19 it has been a learning adventure for everyone.
